Q8: What are your shipping terms and payment methods?

A: We primarily ship FOB Shenzhen, China, and can also work with other Incoterms (EXW, CFR, DDP) upon request. Our standard payment terms are T/T (30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment). For larger orders, we also accept L/C at sight. For small trial orders, flexible payment options can be discussed
